Sarah is responsible for structuring, underwriting, and closing financing for community and economic development projects for UFA and its clients.
Prior to joining UFA, Sarah spent twelve years at PNC Bank where she managed the team of New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Portfolio Managers and Closers for almost seven years. She then joined the originations team as a Relationship Manager responsible for identifying prospective projects and providing technical assistance throughout the closing process for NMTC and Historic Tax Credit (HTC) transactions. Prior to her time at PNC, Sarah spent several years working with community development organizations in Pittsburgh, PA.
Sarah lives in Pennsylvania where she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.
