Director of Investments
Juneho Kim joined UFA in 2012. As Director of Investments, he structures investments and loans, and tracks and evaluates the deployment of invested capital for all UFA projects. Juneho has extensive experience in tax credit finance, commercial real estate and community development.
Juneho was previously with PNC Bank, where he was responsible for closing complex equity and debt transactions involving federal and state Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal Historic Tax Credits, conventional/subsidized construction and permanent debt products. Prior to working at PNC Bank, he worked in the public sector for the Portland Development Commission (Prosper Portland) and the City of Portland’s Bureau of Development Services.
When not working, Juneho can most likely be found spending time with his family or playing golf in and around his hometown of Portland, Oregon.
